Hello Everyone!

there was an issue with the Wifi at the beginning not turning on, after got a way to provide internet to the tablet, the wifi was fixed and the system was downloading some files and it was good. After the third system upgrade,  now the table is stuck with the android robot and the message "Type password to decrypt storage"..

any idea on what to do?  the tablet does not start at all, it just stay in that screen so i cannot go into settings to do a factory reset.  maybe an android upgrade or something?
